I couldn't deal with the ongoing untruths handed down from Fearless Leader, budget crises ("Oh we don't have the money for Wesley") and 65-hour weeks. My graceful resignation stated that I was moving to Los Angeles to pursue my dream of setting end title credits in film. The AskMefi post piqued my interest too. I'm not sure how one gets started as an end-credit-setter, but a few more years of hardcore body typesetting and proofreading can't hurt. I am SO sorry for the dangled carrot of a contract – I ultimately left over a dangled carrot, too. You certainly impressed Alex though... I quit my job this week!
